1. Service provider

Company registration number, tax number and registered seat will be added before the service goes live.

2. Scope of service

Car detailing services: exterior hand wash, interior cleaning, upholstery and leather care, plus the separately available services listed in our price list. Work is carried out at the address given above.

3. Booking

A booking submitted on the website is a request for an appointment, which we confirm by phone or e-mail. The contract is concluded upon confirmation. Booking is free and no prepayment is required.

4. Cancellation and changes

You may cancel your booking free of charge at any time using the link in the confirmation e-mail. Please let us know in good time if you cannot come, so we can offer the slot to someone else. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that the slot can be kept.

5. Prices

Prices in the list are gross and apply to normally soiled vehicles. For heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, mould or extraordinary contamination we may charge a surcharge, which we tell you about before starting work. The exact duration and price of the Gold package is finalised by prior agreement because of the upholstery cleaning.

6. Payment

Payment is made on site after the work is completed. We issue an invoice on request.

7. Liability

We accept no liability for valuables left in the vehicle – please remove them before the work. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, worn or damaged paintwork, worn upholstery, or defects that only become visible during cleaning due to the condition of the vehicle. We inspect the vehicle together before starting.

8. Complaints

You may raise a complaint using the contact details above; we investigate within 30 days. As a consumer you may also turn to the conciliation body competent for your place of residence. For Debrecen: Hajdú-Bihar County Conciliation Board, 4025 Debrecen, Vörösmarty u. 13-15.
