Company registration number, tax number and registered seat will be added before the service goes live.

2. What we collect and why

We only process the data you provide when booking an appointment or contacting us.

  • Name – to identify your booking and address you.
  • E-mail address – for confirmation, managing your booking and the review request.
  • Phone number – if we need to discuss the job with you.
  • Chosen package, vehicle category, time slot and your note – to carry out the work.
  • Technical data of the booking (IP address, timestamp) – to filter abuse and automated bookings.

3. Legal basis

Booking data is processed to perform the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Abuse filtering relies on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). The review request is sent based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for 5 years from completion of the service, matching the civil law limitation period. Contact messages are deleted after 1 year, technical logs after 30 days.

5. Who has access

We never sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. We use the following processors to operate the service:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) – hosting of the website and the admin system. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
  • Neon Inc. – database service, data stored in the European Union (Frankfurt).
  • Resend Inc. – sending confirmation and notification e-mails, processed in Ireland.
  • Google Ireland Ltd. – calendar-based appointment handling, where calendar sync is enabled.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. – filtering automated abuse on our forms.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability. We respond within 30 days. Write to the e-mail address above.

7. Complaints

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, please contact us first. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or take the matter to court.
